Terms of Service
Permanent Lighting Boise · Effective August 25, 2026
What this site is
Permanent Lighting Boise is an independent marketing service. We match homeowners who want permanent outdoor lighting with local installation companies that provide free in-person quotes. We are not the installer, and using this site costs you nothing.
Contact permission
When you submit the form with the consent box checked, you're asking us and the local installer to reach you by call and text about your quote — including texts sent by automated systems. That request counts as your express written permission for this contact, and it applies even if your number is listed on a do-not-call registry. A few things that are always true:
Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop permanently; reply HELP for help. You can also withdraw permission by emailing contact@permanentlightingboise.com.
Pricing
We don't publish or estimate prices on this site or in messages. Every price comes from the installer's free in-person quote, because it depends on your actual house.
The service, plainly
We work to get you a quote appointment, but we can't guarantee installer availability, timelines, or that any offer will fit what you want. The installation contract, if you choose to go ahead, is between you and the installation company — we're not a party to it.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us to use this site — which is nothing. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
The legal basics
These terms are governed by Idaho law. If we update them, the new version goes up here with a new effective date.
